We offer monthly service contract packages (the amount varies by number of users). A monthly service contract package represents a 32% savings to the standard hourly service amount.

CoreGear has an initial service contract that would cover a small office of 6-10 users. With a contract in place the client can be assured of remote assistance generally within 1-4 hours and if necessary on-site assistance within 4-6 hours.
